MLIB is a mouse support library for QuickBASIC 4-4.5 or Visual Basic for DOS.
It contains a complete set of mouse handling routines from non-event driven
to event- (interrupt) driven. To see for yourself and put MLIB to the test, 
run this sample program: MLIBSAM6.BAS (VBDOS: MLIBSAM6.MAK).
        
You will need an IBM PC/XT/AT/386 or compatible computer, a Microsoft 
compatible mouse and QuickBASIC 4.x or Visual Basic for MS-DOS compilers.

IMPORTANT: Before trying to run the sample programs, load the correct Quick
library for your particular version of BASIC.

- Start the QuickBASIC editor by typing QB/L MLIBN
- Start the Visual Basic editor by typing VBDOS/L MLIBF

If you wish to send a copy of the manual to your printer (approx. 60 pages) 
type: COPY MLIB.DOC PRN <Press Enter>.

NOTE: I have tested this library using QuickBASIC 4.5 and Visual Basic for DOS 
Professional, and everthing works fine. This library has not been tested with 
QBX; if you use this version and run into a problem, please let me know.
